Payment Conditions
50 % deposit required to confirm the reservations
Full accommodation amount is required 30 days prior to arrival
Payment should be made in Namibian Dollars
Bank transfers or credit card online line payments via our secure link are acceptable

Cancellation Policy
31-60 days prior to arrival 25%
15-30 days prior to arrival 50%
7-14 days prior to arrival 75%
Less than 7 days 100%
No show 100%
Refunds shall carry a handling fee of 15% on top off the cancellation fee

Child Policy
Up to 3 yrs – Free of charge
4 to 12 yrs – 50 % discount on rack rates
13 yrs and older – adult rate
